Hi and welcome to Nicole Wilkerson Photography! I am so glad you are here. I am a lifestyle and family based photographer who believes the most meaningful photos are the ones that feel real. The candids, the details, the connections, laugher, love, and the little in-between moments that mean the most. I am located in Evanston, IN and I cannot wait to meet you!
All About Me
I strive to capture all the moments behind my lens, big and small.
I was born and raised in Dale, IN where I met my late husband, Hunter. We married in 2019 after dating for over 6 years. We grew up together finishing high school, each of us going to college, and eventually getting engaged and then married. We had moved to Evanston, IN near my dad and the family farm after I finished college. We had so many plans and dreams but he passed away nearly 6 months after our wedding in a car accident. I wasn't sure what life had in store for me, but I soon met my husband, Logan. Logan was my rock (and still is). He quickly became my best friend and confidant. After two wonderful years of dating, he got down on one knee and proposed in the middle of our living room that was under construction. We were in the process of building our forever home in Evanston and he had setup a giant heart made of candles. I still remember that day like it was yesterday. We got married May 14, 2022. We now have two beautiful babies, Raylan (3), Adaline (19 months) and one on the way. My favorite title is mama. A few of my other titles include wife, daughter, and friend.
After my wedding, I had always dreamt of becoming a photographer. I was inspired by Emilee, who had taken all of my photos for each of my weddings and engagement sessions plus several lifestyle and family sessions. I never acted on this dream up until nearly having our third baby. I realized I wanted to be able to capture all the small details on my own professionally, rather than just milestones. With the support of my husband, I decided to take a leap of faith and open Nicole Wilkerson Photography in November 2025.
Alongside photography, I work as a certified occupational therapy assistant. I love the sunshine, traveling, being outdoors, and spending time with my family.
